going to try to be a bit better about posting

but I am sure it will still be pretty sparse - especially right now - it is hot - as in - it is Stinkin' HOT -- and what am I doing - making macaroni salad - usually I think to do it early in the morning before it gets this hot (85 in my house already - in the living room don't want to think what the kitchen is with the steam) but it will be good tonight to have something cold - right?

Off to drain the noodles ....

Yes, think how cool and tasty the macaroni salad will be when you serve it. This is one of my favorites. Recipe?

nothing exciting - small shells - a mix of mayo and sour cream - a bit of dill, a splat of ketchup (so it isn't white on white - just a little pinkish) 2 eggs boiled 1 small tomato chopped up, lots of celery, some onion and fake crab - when I eat mine I will add some chopped up Texas Hot and Sweet Jalapeno that I am totally addicted to. Rich doesn't do anything too spicy so I add to mine :D

We had to replace our furnace awhile back and the heating guy said he could sell us a unit with AC for basically the same price; were we interested?

Was this a trick question?

Good luck with the heat!

Rho,
You're blog must be so happy to be getting all this attention....(ducking) I could actually use some of that mac salad. Sounds yummy. It's my nephew's b.d and we're eating Burmese. Don't ask! I asked J what they eat in Burma (Myanmar) He said "protestors".

What does one knit when making macaroni salad in a hot steamy kitchen?

Just askin' ;)

Hey - there is a Burma restaurant here that makes a ginger salad to die for (cabbage, carrots, other (kind of a cole slaw mix with stuff I can't identify) and pickled ginger.)

Hmmm ... I think we're having that for dinner :)

I have pretty much given up on my blog. What with Ravelry, Facebook and Twitter, it's hard to keep up. Macaroni salad is a great idea!

It has only been a year since my last post where I said I would post more. - gee where does time go.  And it isn't even like it was a busy year....I guess I am just really boring and I keep forgetting my password ..... Now if I could figure how to make a post from my iPad I might try to be better about it this year....I couldn't figure it out for this so I am posting this in comments lol. Neeeeeds caffeine.
